Harveys Moves Further Into Mainland Opening Office In Dunedin

Continued growth and increased interest in the South Island has resulted in Harveys opening a new office in Dunedin.

The office provides both top property management and residential sales services. Business Owners Denise and Bruce Robinson have plans to grow both aspects of the business and recently employed experienced real estate agent Jane Bradshaw as Sales Manager.

“Our focus on ‘people and property’ means we are very specific about what kind of people we want to have represent our company and we are delighted to have Jane on board,” says Denise.

Jane will lead and develop a solid and professional sales team, she is joined by two experienced sales professionals, Jan Robertson and Toni Curline. Jane is actively seeking other complimentary sales people to join the Harveys team. Bruce and Denise are continuing to grow their property management portfolio with quality property.

According to Denise their move to Harveys was made to step up the business and take on a fresh, more dynamic approach. “The quality of leadership support demonstrated by Harveys was exactly what was required,” says Denise.

Bruce’s knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act coupled with Denise’s sales experience over the past seven years has made them real estate identities. They speak at local seminars on property management and advise investors on the investment market.

Properties in the Dunedin area are increasingly sought after, with the market enjoying steady growth and property prices continuing to rise. Most buyers are seeking the Dunedin lifestyle and a safer community to live in.

“We are so lucky to live in such a diverse city. It has everything a family could want and so much more - the beaches, the shops and Central Otago only three hours away,” says Denise.

The new office is located in Moray Place, opposite First Church.
