Busway traffic bulletin: Saturday 13 May to Friday 19 May
Transit New Zealand advises motorists of proposed closures for work on State Highway 1 for the construction of the Northern Busway over the next week (weather permitting).
Sunday 14 May, Monday 15 May, Tuesday 16 May and Wednesday 17 May NORTHCOTE RD INTERCHANGE SOUTHBOUND OFF-RAMP - CLOSED ¡V overnight from 9pm until 5.30am the following morning to allow for works on electric cables: „h„Q„QƒnMotorists to use Tristram Ave or Onewa Rd off-ramps as alternatives.
Sunday 14 May ESMONDE RD INTERCHANGE EASTBOUND BETWEEN BARRY¡¦S POINT RD AND BURNS AVE - CLOSED ¡V overnight from 9pm until 5:30am the following morning to allow for barriers to be placed:
-ƒnHowever if unforeseen circumstances prevent work on this date, the closure will be on 15 May 2006.
-ƒnNo left turn from Barry¡¦s Point Rd into Esmonde Rd during this time.
Road users are requested to follow the signposted detours while the closures are in operation.
