Big Wednesday Jackpots – Luxury Travel Added To Next Wednesday's Prize Offer
Big Wednesday has jackpotted with $50,000 worth of luxury travel every year for five years added to the prizes on offer next week, NZ Lotteries Deputy Chief Executive Warren Salisbury said tonight.
At the next draw, on 24 May 2006, Big Wednesday players will be in to win: - $2 million; - Porsche 911 Carrera; - Range Rover Vogue V8; and - $50,000 worth of luxury travel every year for five years
"While Big Wednesday was not won tonight, we can not wait to do it all over again so another player can win the ultimate lifestyle," says Mr Salisbury.
"Like Powerball, Big Wednesday could go at anytime, just like it did last week when a Big Wednesday player, who bought their ticket in Whangamata, won over $4 million in cash and luxury prizes," says Mr Salisbury.
Although the big prize was not won tonight, there were a total of 46,178 winners from the draw.
A ticket sold at New World Regent Whangarei won Big Wednesday's second chance draw, open to all tickets bought for tonight's draw. The ticket holder has won $25,000.
The winning serial number is 255-36142336-13XX.
"Anyone who bought their ticket from this outlet should check it immediately," Mr Salisbury says.
