New senior associate for Minter Ellison Rudd Watts

Watts, has appointed Aaron DeLacey as a senior associate in
their Auckland Banking and Finance team.
Aaron is an experienced banking and finance lawyer who has recently returned to Minter Ellison Rudd Watts after six years in Europe where he worked for a leading offshore law firm in their London and Jersey offices.
Mr DeLacey advises clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters. His experience includes acting for clients on capital markets and structured finance transactions and in relation to acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance and corporate finance transactions.
