New Deal Site for Feltex Bid

Please find below email from Craig and Graeme Turner re Feltex.

Dear Editor

We have now set up a Deal Site at www.dealinfo.co.nz/feltex/ to provide a "one-stop-shop" for shareholders, Feltex staff, media and market watchers to get the latest information on the Kiwi rescue bid for Feltex. It also provides a place for shareholders to voice their views and support.

One of the first things Feltex shareholders did after reading about our plan to keep Feltex in New Zealand hands in the media was to log-in to the Sleepyhead website to find out more and post their messages of support.

So we wanted to set up this stand alone Deal Site to provide a way for the public and shareholders to stay up to date, to communicate with us and each other.
The website is a way for everyone - shareholders, staff and all concerned Kiwis to keep up to date.

Websites dedicated to takeover deals and specific proposals are now an important forum for engaging directly with shareholders and are being used by companies internationally both for specific transactions and for ongoing investor relations.

We recognise that the internet is a vital tool for shareholders, particularly small shareholders, because it allows them to connect directly with both the companies they hold stakes in and each other. The net provides an enormously powerful rallying point for individuals to effect change.

In the news section of the site you'll also find an update from us.

Kind regards

Graeme & Craig Turner
