Results Of Polls At Dorchester Pacific Limited Annual Meeting

All resolutions at the Dorchester Pacific Limited annual meeting, held 23. August 2006, were put to polls. Results from the polls are as follows:

. Grant of financial assistance to directors

Resolution passed

. Re-election of Mr Barry Walter John Graham

Resolution passed

. Election of Mr Brent Douglas King

Resolution not passed

. Election of Mr Rodney Michael Petricevic

Resolution not passed

. Election of Mr Bruce Raymond Sheppard

Resolution not passed

. Re-appointment of Staples Rodway as the Company's auditor

Auditors reappointed

Chairman of Dorchester, Mr Barry Graham, commented on the outcome of the polls: "We are pleased that we can now focus our attention on ensuring Dorchester has every opportunity to reach its full potential.
