New senior associate for Minter Ellison Rudd
Watts
Trans-Tasman law firm, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has appointed Chris Simmons as a senior associate in their Auckland Environment team.
Chris is an experienced environmental lawyer who has recently returned to Minter Ellison Rudd Watts after three years in the UK where he worked as an associate for Reed Smith Richards Butler in London, and as a solicitor for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Mr Simmons advises clients on a broad range of resource management and planning matters. He has been actively involved in resource consent applications and appeals, and has made numerous appearances in the Environment Court. Chris also has extensive experience in dealing with environmental aspects of real estate and corporate finance transactions.
