Two New Senior Appointments at Adecco
Auckland, 30 March 2007: Adecco Personnel Ltd has made two new senior appointments as it looks to further strengthen its position as New Zealand’s human resources leader.
Lorelei Prendergast has been promoted to National Account Manager, based in Auckland and Joanne Gorman to National Manager, Corporate Clients, based in Christchurch. Lorelei was previously Area Manager, South Auckland and Joanne was Regional Manager, South Island.
With previous experience in employment and staff development and managing stakeholder relationships, Lorelei’s new role will involve the strategic development of national and major accounts and to nurture these key partnerships through the productivity of Adecco’s flexible workforce, which enable clients to grow their business.
Joanne, who has more than 20 years recruitment industry experience, in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, is responsible for developing relationships with major employers and creating solutions for organisations in both talent attraction and retention.
National Operations Manager, Mike Davies, says these new appointments demonstrate Adecco’s commitment to create and maintain sustainable partnerships with key clients, which enhance their continued growth and profitability.
