OceanaGold Appoints Vice President, Corporate and Investor Relations
OceanaGold today announced that Darren Klinck has been appointed its Vice President, Corporate and Investor Relations.
Darren previously held this role at Kimber Resources Inc., a gold and silver development and exploration company listed on the American and Toronto Stock exchanges. Darren will help OceanaGold increase its market exposure and build relationships with investor and financial networks internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, Canada and, through his previous role, brings transactional experience gained within the North American market.
Chief Executive Officer, Steve Orr said “OceanaGold’s investor base is becoming increasingly global and this is expected to increase following our listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Darren’s experience and relationships within the financial community and mid-cap gold market will make a significant contribution to our growth objectives.”
