Xero becomes Microsoft Gold Certified Partner
Xero Live (“Xero”) today confirmed it has completed requirements to become a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for ISV/Software Solutions and Mobility.
To become a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Xero was required to pass the highest level of requirements from Microsoft and demonstrate a robust, efficient and scalable implementation of Microsoft technologies.
Xero chief executive and founder Rod Drury said he was delighted that Xero had passed such a robust test of its technologies.
“This is yet another step in the implementation of our plan,” Mr Drury said.
Microsoft New Zealand managing director Helen Robinson said the partnership means customers can have greater assurance of the quality of the Xero solution.
“Xero are our first Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner to be certified as a hosted solution provider in New Zealand. Their application is a good example of how we see many software vendors delivering their products in the future, as an amalgam of great client software and back-end services,” Ms Robinson said.
