Appointment Of Chief Executive Officer For Christchurch Casinos Limited

The Directors of Christchurch Casinos Limited are pleased to announce today the appointment of Mr Brett Anderson to the CEO position at Christchurch Casinos Limited. Mr Anderson will commence his role with the company towards the end of this month, and in the meantime Mr Phil Keber continues as Acting Chief Executive.

Details of Mr Anderson are as follows:

Mr Brett Anderson

Aged 43 years, from New Zealand, born in New Plymouth and educated at Otago Boys’ High School in Dunedin.

After a brief period in the New Zealand Army Mr Anderson spent 5 years in the oil industry in Taranaki before moving to the UK where he commenced his career in casinos.

Mr Anderson now has over 17 years’ experience in the casino industry, having held management positions with casinos in Denmark, Russia, Czech Republic, Australia, Romania, New Zealand and the Middle East. Most recently he held the position of Casino Manager at the 243 table/800 slot machine Grand Lisboa Casino in Macau which opened in February of this year.

Mr Anderson’s interests include skiing, snowboarding, golf and triathlons, and competed in the 1989 World Ironman Championships in Hawaii.
