Nikki Hart is one of New Zealand’s most well known nutritionists and has become a household name with her successes on a variety of weight management shows, including The Fat Chance and Eat Yourself Whole.

Nikki is in hot demand as a public speaker and is a columnist for the New Idea, Littlies and Essentially Food magazine. Nikki regularly appears on television and radio discussing nutrition and health and is a mum to one and a half year old Amelia.
