Discussion paper from CPP Investment Board
Further to its announcement of 19 September, Auckland International Airport Limited (Auckland Airport) confirms that it has now received a discussion paper from CPP Investment Board (CPPIB).
The directors of Auckland Airport will now consider the discussion paper and obtain expert advice on its merits. It is expected that this process will take some time to complete. Once completed, the board will make a recommendation to shareholders.
In the meantime, Auckland Airport will continue to keep shareholders fully informed of developments on a regular basis.
