Auckland Airport appoints Grant Samuel
The Directors of Auckland International Airport Limited (Auckland Airport) have appointed Grant Samuel & Associates Limited (Grant Samuel) as independent adviser in response to the takeover notice received this morning from NZ Airport NC Limited, a related company of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Grant Samuel's appointment has been approved by the Takeovers Panel.
