Takeovers Panel Publishes Reasons For Kerifresh
Decisions
The Takeovers Panel has published reasons for its decisions on Kerifresh Limited released on 9 November 2007.
The decisions were made following a meeting on 7 November to consider matters raised in a complaint to the Panel relating to Kerifresh. The Panel also made a number of restraining orders which expire on 30 November 2007.
The statement of reasons for these decisions is now available in pdf format from the Panel’s website www.takeovers.govt.nz
The Panel’s determination and the restraining orders are also published on the website.
