3 Bald Men Celebrate New NZ HQ with Opening Bash

Australiasia’s most talented hotel designers, 3 Bald Men, marked the opening of their new Christchurch headquarters with plenty of pizzazz last week.

Kiwi entrepreneurs Wayne Hobbs, Neville Winter & Steve Small gathered their thirsty team to welcome many past & present clients into the business’ state of the art premises on Princess Street in Christchurch.

The custom-built office which backs onto Addington Raceway has a huge construction area and warehouse space for the company’s many specialised projects.

A ‘think tank’ boardroom and architectural pit have been created to meet the needs of the firm’s expanding staff. And of course, the office would not be complete without strategically placed bar stands & a well-stocked beer fridge!

Australian Director, Bruce Mansfield, and his staff also attended the opening function, giving colleagues the opportunity to meet the vast array of business partners the 3 Bald Men liaise with on a day-to-day basis.

With more than 70 developments under their belt in both New Zealand & Australia, 3 Bald Men provide a range of consultancies for the hospitality industry - from unique & individual renovation concepts through to complete design & fit-out of Greenfield projects.

Major ventures to date include the award-winning Speight’s Alehouse & James Squire Brewhouse venues, heritage-listed Curio Bay, Four Kings Sports Bar in Wellington and the massive North Ballarat Football Club in Victoria.

Guests to the opening night included well-known hoteliers Bills and Cath Haig of Speight’s Alehouse Tower Junction, entrepreneur David Barley, finance guru and HFK Director Greg Cowles and Richard Smith, Senior Partner with law firm Duncan Cotterill.
