SKYCITY
Entertainment Group is pleased to announce that Warren Bias
has been appointed to the position of Food & Beverage
Manager.
Mr Bias' portfolio will include overseeing 20 of SKYCITY Auckland's food and beverage outlets to ensure that an excellent standard of service is employed across the Auckland property.
Mr Bias joined SKYCITY as Executive Sous Chef in March 1997. He was promoted within months to Executive Chef - a role which he has executed flawlessly - despite the demands of working within New Zealand's largest and busiest entertainment complex.
David Christian, General Manager - SKYCITY Auckland, says:
"Warren brings with him a wealth of experience and an unparalleled depth of knowledge of SKYCITY's outlets. As Executive Chef, he has mentored and led a large number of chefs and is recognised as a highly-respected figure in the New Zealand hospitality industry."
Warren Bias, SKYCITY Food & Beverage Manager, says:
"I'm looking forward to leading our Food and Beverage team, in taking customer service to the next level, and helping to motivate and inspire our people to provide an exceptional SKYCITY experience to our guests - every time they visit."
