Choice Karaka Lakes Sections for $1000 Deposit

Choice Karaka Lakes Sections for $1000 Deposit

Prime house and land packages can be reserved for $1000 with Universal Homes' first release of properties in stage one of the stunning new Karaka Lakes development.

The fully-refundable $1000 deposit will give buyers first refusal on their selected site when the prices of the new homes' packages are released within the next few weeks.

Universal Homes Sales' Manager Mike Pearce says: "Our sections at Karaka Lakes are in a prime location, close to the lakes and reserves that are a key part of what makes this development so special.

"Early buyers can make sure they get first choice on the style and location of their new home for a small fully-refundable deposit."

Construction work has begun on Universal's first show home and is due for completion in November.

Homes in the first release are all two-storey detached properties with at least four bedrooms. They include 39 homes with an average of 210 sqm of floor space on sections of 350sqm, and a further 12 homes averaging 260sqm plus will be available on larger sections of 600-700sqm.

Each section is sold with the style of home already selected. Up to 20 house designs have been used by Universal to give variety and individuality to the development – and provide plenty of choice to buyers selecting a new home.

Karaka is already a well-established and desirable location famous worldwide for its stud farms and the internationally-renowned New Zealand Bloodstock Sales Centre, immediately adjacent to the Karaka Lakes development.

"This location offers buyers many choices, whatever their lifestyle," says Mike. "It is close to many attractions of the countryside and coast, and within fast and easy reach of the southern motorway, Auckland's CBD and major centres including Papakura and Manukau."

Valuations of the home and land packages are underway, and once prices are released, buyers who decide go ahead with their purchase will pay a full deposit, and the remainder on settlement – no progress payments are required in between.

"This system is a real bonus for our customers," says Mike. "We guarantee that once the full deposit is paid, buyers will not be asked to make any additional payments until settlement day."

The sales office will be open on Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm. For further sales information please call Steven Lindsey on 021 963 978.
