Ruby Summer 2008 Jewellery – Show Your Bones

Searching the seas for treasure, Ruby has found the black mark on the map, shown in their latest collection of jewellery “Show your bones”.  This season’s pieces from Ruby are hard wearing and magical, stolen from a long lost pirates dream.

What looks to be just a bangle, hides secret messages, and skeletons who know too much, dance around your neck, tucking easily away in their closets if too many whispers are let out.  These pirates are soft in the middle and easily tempted, their hearts worn on their sleeves, or kept in little boxes.

Tough skulls look almost pretty amongst the dainty treats, with treasure chest rings wrapped around fingers for safe keeping.  Follow your heart to these little pieces of eight, a limited edition mix of sweetness and mutiny for this season.

Available at Ruby Boutique in Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch.
