Armourguard Awarded NZSA Certificate Of Compliance

Armourguard’s commitment to quality has again been recognised by the New Zealand Security Association (NZSA) which has awarded the organisation a Certificate of Compliance for adhering to industry Codes of Practice.

The Certificate of Compliance covers the full spectrum of Armourguard services including cash in transit; guard and patrol services; CCTV surveillance and; intruder alarm and access control systems. It is the first time that Armourguard has received NZSA accreditation on a national basis, across all security codes.

Armourguard General Manager, Ian Anderson, said he and the organisation’s national network of staff were ‘delighted’ to have received the accreditation.

“We’re very proud of this achievement which recognises our commitment to excellence across all work areas. It effectively demonstrates to our customers that we continue to be a leader in the field of security, adhering to the highest levels of practice while delivering a diverse range of results-driven solutions.”

Ian said the organisation spent an estimated 10 days nationwide carrying out an internal audit of its systems and procedures against NZSA Codes of Practice, before receiving final accreditation by an NZSA board appointed auditor.

The Certificate of Compliance is valid for three years and entitles Armourguard to be referred to as an Accredited Member of the NZSA.
