Southern Cross Medical Care Society Appointment
The Southern Cross Medical Care Society has appointed Anthony McPhail to its senior management team, in the role of Chief Operating Officer, Members’ Services.
The role has responsibility for the health insurer’s claims operations, the customer service and prior approval contact centres, policy and group scheme administration, and communications with the Society’s 840,000 members.
Mr McPhail has been with the Society since 1995 in a range of roles, most recently that of Membership Manager.
