New Conveyancing Site Launches
Online Conveyancing Limited, an Auckland based web company, has today launched its new Conveyancing Services Directory at www.conveyancing.co.nz.
The site enables consumers involved in buying and selling property to search a New Zealand wide directory of professionals involved in the home transfer process including lawyers, real estate agents, valuers, financiers and insurers. The site has plenty of other helpful information, which is free to the consumer, to assist them in understanding the often complex procedures involved when buying and selling New Zealand property. Recent Property News is also posted on the site, including interest rate information and sale statistics.
A unique and time-saving feature of the site allows the consumer to fill in a few simple details about their proposed property transaction in the Online Conveyancing Quote Form. This form is then submitted to lawyers in the area who will provide a written quote or estimate of their fees for completing the conveyancing. This has been trialed now for a few months by the company and is proving to be a popular tool, not just for New Zealanders, but also ex-pats and foreigners who are purchasing property in New Zealand from offshore, often using the internet as their only resource.
Online Conveyancing Limited is part of KeyTrack – a web company specialising in providing real time, online communication solutions to the Legal and Real Estate sector.
The companies were founded by Richard Galbraith, a former lawyer, and remain 100% New Zealand owned.
