Sinclair has 20 years experience in the aviation industry, having held senior roles in Airways Corporation of New Zealand and Air New Zealand. He was Group General Manager at Air New Zealand, where at various times his responsibilities included flying operations, aircraft engineering and maintenance, cargo and airport ground handling. At Airways Corporation Sinclair was CEO and lead the development of the first satellite based air navigation system and the growth of the business internationally.
