Milestone Homes: Let it blow
Storms are lashing the country and the
building industry, too, is facing turbulent times.
But putting your money into bricks and mortar remains a solid investment.
“There’s a reason for the phrase ‘safe as houses’,” says Milestone Homes business development manager David Wilson.
“That third little piggy knew a thing or two.”
And so do New Zealanders, who continue to prefer the solid option of putting their hard-earned savings into building quality affordable homes, rather than light as air shares which can vanish in a puff.
That’s backed by the building consent figures for April, released today. The trend for new housing consents continues to rise.
Mr Wilson adds: “Life isn’t a fairy tale. There is no pot of gold at the bottom of the garden, but a roof over your head will always give you security.
“At Milestone Homes we believe that owning your own home shouldn’t be out of reach. That’s why we developed our range of affordable, modern homes, to help more New Zealanders weather whatever real life throws at them.”
