Woosh celebrates GST rise with super-saver deals

Woosh celebrates GST rise with super-saver deals

Rising GST costs will be hitting pockets hard this month but Woosh is coming to the rescue with the announcement of its best deals yet which could save users more than $600 a year.

For the month of October, the company is offering a package includes 10GB of wireless broadband plus a calling plan for $44.95 a month, which is $35 cheaper per month than other competitive plans in the market and could mean savings of between $420 and $640 a year for customers changing from another provider.

A second deal, offering a wireless broadband plan, includes 10GB for $34.95 a month, down from $54.95, for new customers who commit to a 12 month plan.

Woosh general manager Richard Fry says owning its own wireless network allows the company to provide the best value and periodically introduce offers which are extremely attractive for customers. It also means Woosh has been able to minimise price changes resulting from the new GST rate, he says.
