Update on Capital Bond Offer
On 17 December 2010 Genesis Power Limited, trading as Genesis Energy, announced that it was considering making an offer of unsecured, subordinated Capital Bonds to the New Zealand public.
Genesis Energy wishes to advise that it expects to register the Prospectus for the offer next week (week commencing 4 April) and for the offer to open shortly thereafter. Interest in the offer may be registered by contacting one of the Joint Lead Managers:

Once registered, you will receive a copy of the Investment Statement when it becomes available.
