SKYCITY advises of request for share register
SKYCITY Entertainment Group (SKYCITY) wishes to advise that it has received and responded to a request to provide details of its share register to an interested party. Under the relevant legislation, the company is obliged to make its register available if requested.
SKYCITY is aware that a number of unsolicited offers have been made recently to shareholders of other New Zealand listed companies and wishes to urge its shareholders to check the full details of any unsolicited offer they might receive.
SKYCITY suggests that shareholders consult their financial advisor prior to taking any action.
