Pengxin submit OIO Application for purchase of Crafar farms
Receivers to the Crafar farms have confirmed that the purchaser, Pengxin International Group Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Milk New Zealand Holding Limited, has now submitted its application for the approval of the Overseas Investment Office (OIO).
"We ran a comprehensive sales campaign and the Pengxin International Group Limited offer was by far the best." Said Brendon Gibson of KordaMentha.
"We hope the OIO application receives a successful and timely response so we can proceed with the next steps in the sale process."
