Registrar commissions assessment
of statutory management progress
The Registrar of Companies has commissioned Sir John Anderson, and Mr Rod Pardington of Deloitte, to conduct an assessment of the progress of the statutory management of Aorangi Securities Ltd, Hubbard Churcher Trust Management Ltd and related trusts and other entities that were placed in statutory management in 2010.
The assessment was commissioned on 5 May 2011, before Mr and Mrs Hubbard launched a legal challenge to the decision to put them into statutory management.
The Registrar expects to receive a report in early July 2011.
