Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Endace, a world leader in network monitoring and recording solutions, announces the appointment of Kate Parsons as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective 20 June 2011.
Kate Parsons joined Endace in October 2009 as Financial Controller. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland, Kate qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Auckland, New Zealand and was admitted to the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1998. Kate has held senior financial positions in New Zealand, Dubai, Canada and the UK, gaining exposure to a variety of industry segments including banking, oil and gas and business consultancy. Ahead of joining Endace Kate was Group Finance Manager of Framecad Solutions Ltd, an exporter of building technology solutions for cold formed steel construction.
Mike Riley, Endace CEO, commented, "Kate has been responsible for the overall financial management of Endace since January 2011. I am delighted that she is joining the Senior Management Team at this exciting time in the Group's development."
