Tournament Pleasure Boats Chooses Tallon

Tallon Systems has signed an OEM agreement with Australian powerboat manufacturer, Tournament Pleasure Boats, that will see the Tallon Elite Socket (USB & Power) installed as standard on every Tournament boat, that comes out of its Queensland factory.

The agreement was officially announced at the recent Sydney Boat Show, and will also see all of the Tournament Pleasure Boats on display at the upcoming Brisbane Boat Show fitted with Tallon Elite Sockets.

“Tournament Pleasure Boats is another great partner for Tallon, which will now see all of their boats able to offer the versatility and functionality that the Tallon Elite Socket provides,” says Tallon Systems General Manager, Duncan Good.

“With a vast array of electronic marine apps becoming available on the market, from Raymarine to Navionics, customers are needing a mounting and power solution for their smart phones and tablets, Tournament Pleasure Boats now provide that as standard in all models.”

Tournament Pleasure Boats General Manager, Warren Lyons said that with many of the top manufacturers in Europe already using Tallon fittings in their craft, it was an easy decision to fit the product to Australian boats.

“We’re pleased to be able to offer this great product as standard across our entire range of Tournament Boats,” says Lyons.

“Like Tournament Pleasure Boats, the Elite Socket is a great product and our customers will love the convenience of what the sockets are able to offer.”
