Director of Civil Aviation Steve Douglas

The Director of Civil Aviation Authority,
Steve Douglas, has advised the Board of his resignation
which will take effect on 5th April next year.
In announcing this, the Chairman of the Authority Nigel Gould, acknowledged the significant contribution that Steve had made to the aviation sector during his 24 years with the Authority, and other roles within the sector in New Zealand and overseas.
Steve will be continuing in his role for the next six months providing continuity while the Board recruits a new Director. He will also continue to contribute to the major change program currently being undertaken with the Authority and its associated Aviation Security Service.
