The Orange Group opens in Queenstown

Events agency The Orange Group has expanded to include a new office as the base for their work and events in the South Island.

The Orange Group has just opened an office and warehouse space in Queenstown to use as a base for the events and conferences they manage and bring into the region.

Headed by Samantha Stirling, formerly of Exclusive Events, clients of The Orange Group can now more easily access all the services of Orange Productions and Orange Lounge throughout the South Island.

Stu Robertson, Creative Director of The Orange Group says “We have actively been looking to expand and set up a base in Queenstown for a number of years. The Orange team are very excited to also be based in Queenstown now”

Orange Productions has been both managing events in Queenstown and bringing clients and events to Queenstown over the last few years, as well as producing and delivering many events throughout the South Island.

More recently known for some of their more high profile experiential event marketing, The Orange Group were responsible for winning and bringing a significant amount of Rugby World Cup business into New Zealand from international agencies and tenders.

They were behind the giant rugby ball (10 stories high) that appeared on Bledisloe Wharf, the ANZ World complete with interactive live rugby games, the design and fit out of Taste at The Cloud, the hospitality areas for all of the Worldwide partners at the Auckland and Wellington Stadiums, and the design and build of all corporate boxes throughout the country during the Rugby World Cup.

Last week, The Orange Group also managed and catered the totally unique three-course dinner for one thousand guests, with headline entertainment acts in the new State Highway 1 Victoria Park Tunnel, in aid of the Ronald McDonald House Auckland Trust.
