2degrees opens third North Shore store with $2 handsets

2degrees is continuing to grow, with the official opening of its Takapuna store this Saturday.

The 2degrees store on Hurstmere Road expands the company’s retail footprint to more than 30 stores nationwide. It will be officially opened at 9am on Saturday 10 December.

In a special opening day promotion, the first 50 customers to bring in their old mobile phones to donate to the Starship Mobile Phone Recycling Appeal will be given a scratch card for a 2degrees credit of between $6 and $10.

Other launch day offers include:

• 50 LG A180 handsets for $2 with any top up of $20 or more
• 50 Huawei G6600 handsets for $49 with any top up of $20 or more
• Customers who purchase a $20 to $100 top up at the new store will receive a free top up of equal value

2degrees Chief Sales Officer, Mark Cleary, says he is delighted to see another store open in Auckland.

“We’re excited to be opening yet another Auckland store this weekend,” says Mr Cleary “It’s great to continue helping Aucklanders access the benefits 2degrees has brought to the mobile market – increased competition and better service.”
