Crafar farms Receivers grant further extension following High Court decision
The Receivers will await the response ofthe OIO and the Ministers to the High Court decision today to ask them to reconsider the application.
“The agreement with Pengxin remains on foot and we await the response from the OIO and the Ministers in light of the High Court decision today” said Brendon Gibson of KordaMentha.
"we have today provided a further extension to Pengxin, to satisfy the OIO condition, to Wednesday, 22 February to see the outcome of this process”.
