A cooking demonstration of hotel standard vegan dining
A Vegan at my table - a cooking demonstration of hotel standard vegan dining
Ever been curious about how to create high standard vegan food? Heritage Auckland’s executive chef Jinu Abraham will demonstrate several popular vegan signature dishes from the hotel's menu and show how easy and delicious vegan dining can be on May the 8th at the Restaurant Association's Taste kitchen.
As more people embrace this dining trend it helps to have a few staple dishes in your repertoire. Jinu's dishes use fresh and sustainable ingredients and will be available to sample on the night, complemented by Villa Maria organic wine.
Heritage Auckland has been a forerunner in vegan and vegetarian dining. The hotel has taken this increasingly popular dining philosophy in to the main stream of the hotel's menus to great success in its lobby café, Hectors restaurant and banqueting.
The demonstration will be held at 6 PM on May 8th at the Restaurant Association's Taste demonstration kitchen, 45 Normanby Road, Mt Eden. Tickets are $40 GST inc. which includes food, wine and notes. Duration 2 hours. To book email Jo@tastenz.co.nz before 4 May.
