New Director named for Ports of Auckland Ltd
Auckland Council Investments Limited (ACIL), has appointed Patrick Snedden to the Ports of Auckland Ltd (POAL) Board of Directors.
Mr Snedden has previously held large and complex chairing roles with a strong Auckland focus, including Auckland District Health Board and Housing New Zealand. His appointment fills the directorship vacated by Rob Campbell, who resigned from the POAL Board in March.
ACIL, a Council-Controlled Organisation (CCO) holds 100 per cent of the shares in POAL on behalf of Auckland Council as part of its mandate to manage key equity and financial investments for the Council.
The appointment
takes effect
immediately.
