Phones and fertiliser on the cards for rewards members

Phones and fertiliser on the cards for rewards members

September is set to be a bumper month for PGG Wrightson Rewards club members, with a number of new initiatives coming on stream, providing clients with additional opportunities to generate rewards points.

Vodafone Retail

From 1st September PGG Wrightson customers can use their rewards card at Vodafone retail stores plus customers who use their card to buy a new smart plan or smart data plan before end October will receive three months rental at half price and go into a draw to win a new Samsung X Cover.

In an industry first, from 1 September card purchases of Ballance fertiliser will earn 50 points per tonne of product.

Primary Magazine

From 1 September all PGG Wrightson Rewards members will receive a free copy of Primary magazine bi-monthly.

Shannon Galloway, General Manager Marketing at PGG Wrightson, says the three new initiatives represent the true ‘value add’ to those clients who opt into the new Rewards card. “Our customers want to get something back for their purchases. In structuring the new card offering we’ve taken that on board and the response has been huge – with thousands of clients having already switched to the new Visa card.

“Our clients also want to be able to manage all their business expenditure via one integrated account and statement. The new card is linked to a nominated PGG Wrightson account so any transactions will appear on the customer’s monthly account statement, earning Rewards points not only on qualifying purchases through the PGG Wrightson network but also every time the card is used anywhere.”
