Stellar one of Asia Pacific’s top 500 growing companies

MEDIA RELEASE

10 December 2012

Stellar Consulting ranked as one of Asia Pacific’s top 500 growing companies

Leading independent Business Intelligence (BI) provider Stellar Consulting has been named as one of Asia Pacific’s fastest growing tech businesses.

The Asia Pacific Deloitte Technology Fast 500 index ranks the top 500 tech businesses according to their revenue growth over three years – Stellar Consulting placed 229.

The index is seen as an industry benchmark setting the standard for high growth businesses in the Asia Pacific region.

Stellar Consulting was founded in 2008 and has since experienced revenue growth of 247 percent.

Stellar, Managing Director, Grant Broadbent said it’s an honour to be named as one of Asia Pacific’s top performers and attributes the company’s impressive growth to clients’ success using BI.

“Applying BI helps our clients to save money and improve their decision-making processes – it’s this growing appreciation of the value of BI that’s helped us to secure a spot on the Fast 500,” Mr Broadbent said.

Being named as one of Asia Pacific’s top tech businesses caps off an impressive year for Stellar, which was in October named as one of New Zealand’s 50 fastest growing companies and in November recognised at Westpac’s Auckland Central Business Awards.
“To be ranked among the fastest growing businesses in the Asia Pacific is a wonderful way to end what has been a big year for the Stellar team.”
Stellar works with a blue chip list of leading New Zealand companies and organisations including Toyota and Auckland Council.
