Auckland Racing Club Announces 4-Star Plus Qualmark Rating

Auckland, 15 April 2013 - Auckland Racing Club is pleased to announce that its Ellerslie Event Centre has just been assessed and awarded a 4-Star Plus Qualmark rating.

Qualmark is New Zealand tourism’s official quality agency and its ratings out of five sets a benchmark for businesses to measure themselves. The 4-star Plus rating stands for excellence and represents that Ellerslie Event Centre consistently achieves high quality levels.

Ellerslie Event Centre’s central location enables easy access to motorways and airports and offers extensive, complimentary, on-site parking. A four star, 247 room hotel is also located on-site.

The venue caters for up to 1,200 guests and has a dedicated in-house catering team and professional account managers available to tailor the venue to suit every occasion.

The Ellerslie Event Centre team is renowned for providing exquisite cuisine, whether for 30 or 1,200 guests and the team relies on the bounty of seasonal Kiwi produce available, often incorporating produce grown sustainably on the premises.
