The Advantage NZ: 2013 Petroleum Conference has concluded at the SKYCITY Convention Centre.
Delivered by Orange Exchange, the conference attracted worldwide interest with attendance of international delegates at 20%.
Commencing with an opening address given by the Prime Minister, John Key on 29th April, the conference attracted over 600 registrations from 12 countries, 24 media representatives and featured an exhibition, technical posters and addresses by 75 speakers.New Zealand’s fourth largest export sector, the oil and gas industry attracts almost $3 billion in export earnings annually. The theme of the conference ‘Advantage NZ’ was selected to highlight the benefits of New Zealand’s oil and gas resources to the industry, the economy, investors and New Zealanders.Orange Exchange is the newly established specialist conference division within The Orange Group. An approved PCO with the Conventions and Incentives New Zealand association, Orange Exchange is due to be officially launched in June.
