Kingsland Business Cluster Highlighted In Marketing Video

Kingsland Business Cluster Highlighted In Marketing Video

A series of interviews, cleverly crafted into a promotional video by a local production company, has turned into a much talked about marketing opportunity for Kingsland.

The aim of the project was to present the area as a highly attractive destination for creative business innovation, and it features a set of interviews with a range of locals from architects and rug designers to manufacturers.

Many of the industries are housed in reclaimed and retrofitted heritage buildings, often with the owner as an anchor tenant, and the area is highly sought after by landlords and businesses alike.

"As far as we know, we are the first business association to make a film like this and the response has been great," says Kingsland Business Society manager Christine Foley.

"A lot of people are drawn to the idea of a creative hub and when they see cutting edge companies setting up here in Berlin warehouse style they want to relocate here as well."

“Kingsland’s central location, transport connections plus an abundance of cafes and ethnic restaurants also act as drawcards," says Mrs Foley.

The film took several months of planning and was shot in several locations including the well known Atomic Cafe on New North Road.

Borderless Productions shot the film in high definition using six different prime lenses. Theses lenses are often used to give a more cinematic feel, which the producers felt would capture the edgy, stylish essence of Kingsland.
