Claire Pettibone wedding dress ‘trunk show’ comes to Auckland – 28-30 June

AUCKLAND, 24 May 2013 – A trunk full of wedding dresses by LA-based designer and celebrity favourite, Claire Pettibone, is on its way to Auckland bridal boutique, Primrose & Finch, for one weekend only.

The ‘trunk show’ is the first time up to 20 new Claire Pettibone designs will be available for New Zealand brides to try on from 28-30 June. Brides must pre-book an exclusive one-hour appointment at Primrose & Finch and these strictly limited time slots are already filling up fast.

“We’ll confirm the list of Claire Pettibone designs in the trunk show in the week leading up to the appointment times so brides can select their top five gowns to try on and make the most of their time in our boutique,” said creative director of Primrose & Finch, Kerry Smith.

Primrose & Finch is the only New Zealand stockist of seven Claire Pettibone gowns – Yolanda, Mystere, Kristene, Queen Anne’s Lace, Maiden, Constance, and Sky Between The Branches, the design Priscilla Chan famously wore for her wedding to Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg.

The June trunk show gives brides their only chance to try on a selection of Claire Pettibone designs not ordinarily available in the boutique, and all dresses purchased during the trunk show weekend will receive a 10% discount.

“The trunk show comes at the perfect time for brides planning a summer wedding. We recommend our brides order their gown at least six months before their big day to account for lead-times, as all Claire Pettibone wedding dresses are made to size in the US.”

Claire Pettibone’s soft and romantic wedding dresses have graced the aisles of many famous weddings, including that of Una Healy, Katie Melua and Priscilla Chan. Her red carpet designs have also been worn by Cameron Diaz, Courtney Cox and Leona Lewis.
