New Appointment Strengthens Family Enterprise
Plantae Certified Organic Skincare is strengthening its family ethos, with the announcement of Jacinta Priest’s appointment to the Nelson-based enterprise this week.
Jacinta Priest joins her sisters Janelle and Fiona Priest in the family business, which was jointly established with their mother, internationally acclaimed organic skincare expert Carol Priest, in December 2012.
Jacinta, who will be undertaking a sales and marketing role within the business, has experience working in London and Wellington, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Otago.
“I have spent the last two years working at the BNZ Wellington headquarters, where I had the opportunity to develop my skills in business banking, finance, management, and networking,” says Ms Priest
“It is an exciting time to be returning to my home town of Nelson and joining my mum and sisters in Plantae, to assist the rapid growth which the business has been experiencing both locally and internationally, and I look forward to contributing my unique strengths to the team.”
The news of Jacinta Priest’s appointment comes just weeks after Plantae announced its entry to the competitive European market.
