Award-winning Executive Chef Mark Harman continues to tempt and thrill tastebuds with the latest from his signature SEASONS Gourmet™ range - Wild Mushroom and Truffle Oil Soup.

This soup brings an array of earthy natural flavours from a selection of Portobello and delicate wild mushrooms infused with the richest of mascarpone and finished with a light dash of white truffle oil for that lovely aroma and true touch of class that you can taste.

An entrepreneurial chef with a passion for delicious, fresh and healthy food, Mark’s vision is to bring a gourmet experience to Kiwi homes.

“I wanted Kiwis to be able to recreate a fine dining experience in the comfort of their own dining rooms,” says Harman.  “SEASONS Gourmet™ products have distinctive flavours and are made using locally sourced ingredients - it’s the first step to enjoying restaurant quality food at home.”

This talented 35-year-old chef places his signature on every meal by adding a gourmet Kiwi touch to classic dishes.  Under the SEASONS Gourmet™ brand, Harman has created a range of ready-made soups from the fragrantly delicious Kumara, Coconut and Lemongrass soup and hearty Smoked Kahawai Chowder to the classic Kiwi favourite with an Italian twist, Pumpkin, Parmesan and Basil soup.  The range also includes Fresh Basil and Roasted Pine Nuts pesto and Sicilian Aubergine and Marcona Almonds pesto.

There is no end to Harman’s talents, formerly Head Chef at Dine, Bellota Tapas Bar, Huka Lodge and the luxury Amanyara Hotel in the Caribbean, the father of three is now Executive Chef of the recently opened Salt restaurant in Auckland.
