Launch of Susa Guhl Partners Represents New Frontier of Real Estate
Established Nelson real estate agent Susa Guhl has diversified from traditional real estate methodology in favour of a unified team approach with the inception of her new look brand, Susa Guhl Partners, officially announced today.
As principal and owner of Ray White Nelson, Susa is joining forces with colleagues Debbie Cooper and Ana Fierek. Susa Guhl Partners presents a fresh and contemporary business model founded upon teamwork and collaboration.
Ms Guhl says Susa Guhl Partners is designed to provide increased capabilities and efficiencies, and a strengthened business offering for their clients.
“Real estate has traditionally been an individual pursuit, so rather than working against one another we wanted to introduce a model where people can contribute their unique skills and talents together as a team,” says Ms Guhl.
“The end result is a stronger business operation, enabling a higher level of customer service and increased internal support. We intend to integrate the concept into the wider business development strategy for Ray White Nelson so that more people can experience the benefits of this model in the future.”
Buyer Specialist and Client Manager for Susa Guhl Partners, Debbie Cooper, says the new brand is a continuation of Susa Guhl’s successful career.
“As one of Nelson’s most accomplished and experienced salespeople, Susa is ranked amongst the top one percent of agents across the entire Ray White International group,” says Ms Cooper.
“Susa has worked hard to build and maintain her reputation as a stand out performer over the last 20 years, soSusa Guhl Partners is a natural evolution of the Susa Guhl brand, and we are looking forward to being part of this exciting chapter.”
