ANZ announces FastPay – Mobile app for small business customers
Do the job. Get paid. Job done.
ANZ today announced the upcoming launch of ANZ FastPay, a convenient payment solution, allowing merchants to process payments using only their iPhone or Android smartphone.
Offering a fast, simple mobile banking experience, ANZ FastPay will enable small businesses to conveniently complete Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card transactions on the go – anytime, anywhere.
FastPay will give businesses the flexibility to use the app for any period of time without being tied into a long-term contract.
ANZ’s Managing Director, Retail and Business Banking, Fred Ohlsson said: “We recognise that our small business customers want to spend time making money not chasing payment. ANZ FastPay is designed to offer them the easiest way to get paid on the job.
“Faster payment means better cashflow management. This is critical to the success of any small business. By listening to how our customers want to bank with us and identifying market and technology trends, we’re pleased to be meeting their needs with this innovative solution.
“We’re serious about making banking easier for our customers,” Mr Ohlsson said.
