ActionStep Secure Document Exchange Meets Auckland District Law Society Inc Requirements
Secure and Reliable Document Sharing for Legal Practitioners in NZ
AUCKLAND, NZ, October 2, 2013– Cloud-based legal practice management software, ActionStep, today announced that its Secure Document Exchange (SDX) meets the Auckland District Law Society Inc. and REINZ requirements as outlined in the 9th edition of the agreement for sale and land purchase.
ActionStep’s Secure Document Exchange allows users to securely share documents with third parties through a client portal and includes a Secure Chat feature which allows participants to discuss documents and other aspects of the matter in an equally secure and audited environment.
“Breaching client confidentiality is a big deal and as we’ve seen all too often in the media recently, emails can easily sent to the wrong person by mistake.” Said Ted Jordan, CEO, ActionStep. “For lawyers dealing with conveyancing where timeliness is critical, a tool like this can be used to verify delivery and speed up processes.”
ActionStep offers the SDX as a free add-on for existing users as part of their monthly software subscription fee.
ActionStep is a comprehensive web-based legal practice management solution that helps law professionals manage their practice by providing critical tools such as workflow, email, calendar, reporting, time tracking, billing and invoicing.
