MediaWorks sale to settle
Brendon Gibson and Michael Stiassny of financial advisory firm KordaMentha have announced that the sale of the business and assets of MediaWorks NZ Limited (in receivership) and its subsidiaries to MediaWorks Holdings Limited (MWHL) and its subsidiaries will be completed on Friday 8 November 2013.
“We are pleased that the business has traded so well during receivership and the transition to MWHL has been successfully completed with all staff retained. Our thanks go to the management and staff, as well as the suppliers and clients who have continued to support the business throughout this period,” Mr Gibson said.
