Annual Meeting resolution
Vital Healthcare Management Limited (the ‘Manager’), the manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (‘Vital’) today announced the result of the resolution presented to unitholders at the Annual Meeting held on 12 November 2013.
The Manager is pleased to announce the reappointment of Graeme Horsley as an Independent Director of the Manager.
Votes in favour of the resolution relating to Mr Horsley’s reappointment were received in respect of 91,574,479 (99.32%) units and votes against the resolution were received in respect of 631,410 (0.68%) units.
The Manager confirms that Mr Horsley, Mr Andrew Evans and Mrs Claire Higgins are considered to be Independent Directors under the NZSX Listing Rules.
